Smile provides temporary emergency foster care for pets with families during times of crisis.

Education also is paramount, as well as establishing spay/neuter programs and other proven time-tested solutions. Smile puts a lot of emphasis on the value of all relationships in life by building on the inherent love that is shared between children and animals.
